The owner of a group issues join codes. The graph keeps only a fingerprint of each code, and a code that has been used cannot be used again.

Nothing lands unreviewed
Entries that arrive from a peer are held in quarantine with their origin attached, and stay out of your brain until a judgement admits them. A rejection is kept, so the same claim is not argued twice.
